sheila-- this is definitely an inspired collection. i've loved sewing since i was a little girl. i also adore all of the tools and notions that are part of the craft-- all of it--the act of sewing and the implements are so intimate. i love looking at all of the vintage and antique sewing items that women used over the centuries-- pin cushions, needle cases, thimbles...etc-- works of art in themselves. what a super treasury!
